About Valerie Core (Team Lead) 

Having been a REALTOR ® since 2001, I gained my knowledge working in the Scottsdale area returning to my beautiful Alma matter (NAU class of 2000) in 2003. During this time I have worked extensively with major home builders in new home subdivisions (Ponderosa Trails, The Summit at Ponderosa Trails, Schultz Pass Meadows, Farmhouse Estates, Anasazi Ridge, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club and custom home-site in and around Flagstaff) as well as reselling those homes when the owners were ready to make a change!

Selling new & resale homes in Flagstaff I was proudly ranked in the top 20 REALTORS® in Northern Arizona every year since 2007- current. I have been proudly awarded Lyon's Elite award Top 1% for the Flagstaff office from 2015 to current. Ninja Selling graduate and a Ninja Selling Brown Belt.

During our family free time, we enjoy traveling, active with our children's activities with our local swim team Flagstaff Snow Sharks and newly formed Flagstaff Dance Company and taking long forest strolls with my husband, Brodie and our dogs.

I have been involved in new construction projects in Flagstaff as far back as Continental Country Club in the early 1980s, through our newer golf course communities of Flagstaff Ranch, Forest Highlands and Pine Canyon. My knowledge of Flagstaff and the real estate trends over the past 40 years are important to any seller or buyer looking for a real estate professional.

My greatest joy is making home ownership a reality for the young couples who were just toddlers themselves when I helped their parents buy their first home in Flagstaff. Meet our Client Care Manager.......Nina Bedatsky

With a background in Hotel Management/Customer Service in Germany transitioning into Real Estate was a natural step. In this capacity, she was involved in every aspect of real estate from the first blush of a listing to coordinating all the steps to the final close of escrow. In 2016 Nina joined the Russ Lyon Flagstaff Team (LEAD Valerie Core and Freddi Paulsrud) Licensed REALTOR and our Client Care Manager.
